The June 2nd RBR work-out at Webster Park will have a slightly different format.
There will be 2 options: a Super-Sprint or a Formula 1.
The distances are:
Formula 1 (F1): 2.2m Run / 7.5m Bike /1.1m Run / 7.5 Bike /2.2 Run
(Total: 5.5miles run / 15 miles bike)
Super-Sprint (SS): 2.2m Run / 7.5m Bike /1.1m Run
• The first run & F1 last run is the same as the existing course.
• The bike is still an out & back on Lake Road, it’s just shorter (the turn around is just past County-Line Road).
• The second 1.1 mile run is new: part on Holt Road & part on a park road which is easy to follow (it loops around the tennis courts).
The short course is perfect for both first-timers and veterans tapering for Keuka.
Also, new courses mean somebody gets bragging rights to the course records.
Start-time is still 6:30 PM.
