Melissa Henderson will be offering free stroke coaching to small groups on Fridays at the Canandaigua High School in conjunction with the Canandaigua Masters Team. Each Friday there will be two 45 minute sessions available: 8:30-9:15 and 9:15-10:00. This approximately corresponds to the time when the Master's practice is run. Coaching will be limited to 4 swimmers per sessions. You do not have to be a member of Canandaigua Masters to come.
